The Agency Leasing Lead will build upon JLL's existing culture of teamwork, ethics and excellence, be accountable for strategic and operational activity including proactive recruiting, overall Charlotte market growth, new business development, and talent management & development. This position will reside in JLL's Charlotte, NC office and is a Player-Coach role.RESPONSIBILITIESLead Market Growth to JLL PotentialDevelops an overarching roadmap which outlines the plan to establish a market leading Agency Leasing position.
